We’re thrilled to announce a brand new opportunity to bring some peace and balance into your week! Starting soon, we will be offering a Yoga for Parents session every Wednesday after drop-off. This class is designed to give parents a chance to unwind, rejuvenate, and center themselves before diving into the rest of the day.
Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class will provide a welcoming space for everyone. It’s a wonderful opportunity to focus on your own well-being, meet other parents, and enjoy a relaxing session in the midst of your busy week.
